Rolls-Royce proudly presents Art of Perfection: Data Painting, an original work from acclaimed media artist Refik Anadol, exclusively commissioned by Muse, the Rolls-Royce Art Programme. The transfixing display, showcased on an LED canvas, is a compilation of every car paint colour that was privately developed at Goodwood over the last decade.
ART OF PERFECTION: DATA PAINTING
“Rolls-Royce and I harness machine
intelligence to actualise our
vision of beauty.”
Refik Anadol is a Turkish-born, Los Angeles-based artist whose body of work addresses the challenges and possibilities that ubiquitous computing has imposed on humankind. He explores what being human in the age of machine intelligence means and investigates the radical impact AI has on both our experiences and perceptions of time and space. His site-specific audio-visual performances have been presented internationally at Hammer Museum, Los Angeles, USA; International Digital Arts Biennial, Montreal, CA; and Ars Electronica Festival, Linz, Austria.
