This form informs you about how Royal Motors Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Royal Motors) process your personal information and to whom and for what purpose your personal information will be disclosed.

Your personal information may be processed by Royal Motors in conformance with the Law No.6698 on Protection of Personal Information (LPPI). Royal Motors is the Incumbent of the Personal Information as described by the Law.

2) Purposes of Processing Your Personal Information

Your personal information may be processed in conformance with the principles of the LPPI, for the purposes and under the conditions cited in the articles 5 and 6 of the LPPI.

Your personal information may be processed for the reasons including but not limited to the following: ensuring the legal and commercial security of Royal Motors and its business partners; continuation of Royal Motors' commercial activities; management of Royal Motors' human resources and recruitment policies. 

We take all necessary technical and administrative measures to prevent illegal processing of and illegal access to your personal information as well as its secure storage.

3) Sharing Your Personal Information

Your personal information may be shared with our business partners, suppliers, foreign service suppliers, Company officials, shareholders and with public authorities or real persons who are authorized under the law, for the purposes of determination and implementation of commercial and business strategies and management of human resources policies of our Company under the conditions cited in the articles 8 and 9 of the LPPI.

4) How We Collect Your Personal Information and Legal Grounds for this Collection

Royal Motors collects your personal information through questionnaires, website visits, Royal Motors representatives and similar other channels, and it processes your personal information for various legal reasons for the purposes cited in the articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

5) Your Legal Rights Regarding Your Personal Information

You have the following legal rights on your personal information:

• Being informed if your personal information is processed,
• Requesting information in case your personal information was processed,
• Being informed about the purpose of processing of personal information and if such treatment is appropriate for that purpose,
• Being informed about the parties that your personal information was shared in and outside of the country,
• Requesting correction in case you personal information was processed inaccurately and incompletely,
• Requesting the deletion of personal information under the conditions cited in the article 7 of the LPPI,
• Requesting to inform third persons whom the personal information was shared about the treatment under the articles 6 and 7,
• Objecting to any negative outcome to the owner of the information out of analysis of his/her processed personal information through exclusively automatic systems,
• Requesting the compensation of any damage arising from illegal processing of personal information.

You may contact Royal Motors to execute your rights written above. If new methods of application are defined by the Board of Protection of Personal Information, these methods will be announced by Royal Motors.  

Your applications for that purpose will be finalized at the earliest convenience but not later than 30 days after the application.  These applications are free from any fee for the moment. However, if the Law on Protection of Personal Information defines a fee for such applications, an appropriate fee may be collected.

6) Royal Motors Contact Information

You may send your letter of application, together with your personal identification document, for execution of your legal rights, indicating your explanation on your right to execute, to Royal Motors Sanayi ve Limited Şirketi Kuruçeşme Mahallesi Kuruçeşme Caddesi No:31 Beşiktaş/İstanbul with a return receipt requested letter.
