Apprenticeships

If you are about to leave school and are passionate about cars, training with us as an apprentice is a rewarding and hands-on route into an automotive career. We are searching for talented and enthusiastic people who are ready to take on real responsibility and learn from the best in the industry.  

Apprenticeships last between three and four years and are based at our home in Goodwood. Courses on offer include Business (Foundation Degree), Engineering Technician (HNC Level 4), and Modern Manufacturing (NVQ Level 3), which will provide you with essential skills in areas such as leather, wood and lacquering, paint, and electro-mechanical maintenance engineering.

Apprenticeships usually start in September, and we accept applications from January until the middle of March.

Internships

Our paid internships immerse you in the working culture and processes at Goodwood from the ground up, as well as providing you with training from some of the best in the industry.

As an intern, you will enjoy hands-on involvement in a number of projects from day one. The areas you can gain experience in include Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, IT, Planning, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Communications. 

Internships are open to third-year university students and last between 6 and 12 months. We offer a highly competitive salary and a range of benefits, including 27 days’ holiday.
