Industrial Placements

The experience
You will be working for a leading UK automotive brand at our Goodwood plant.

On our Rolls-Royce Industrial Placement Scheme you'll have the opportunity to learn about our business and gain valuable experience from motivated, highly-trained professionals. The undergraduate scheme is for high-calibre students, and will be focused on individual development in both your technical and interpersonal skills.

Typical placement areas would be in Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, IT, Planning, Finance, Marketing, and Sales and Communications.  Our six-month placements start early in the year, and our 12-month placements begin in July/August. You must be studying towards a relevant degree to qualify for these positions.

Applications for each year's recruitment programme will open on this website from October to December and the recruitment process will involve some online tests, telephone interviews and possible face-to-face interviews or visits to assessment centres. Please note additional placements may be added after the opening date.

The scheme
We offer a structured Industrial Placement Scheme with a mentor and continuous training to ensure that you are highly competent in your chosen field of work.

We are always looking for exceptional students to complete their 6-12 month industrial placement with us.
