The Graduate Experience
We at Rolls-Royce recognise the importance of providing a dynamic and enjoyable programme to ensure that we give our graduates a solid foundation for a successful career within our company.

Applications for the Graduate programme will be open on this website from October to December each year, and the recruitment process will involve some online tests, telephone interviews and possible face-to-face interviews or visits to assessment centres.

The Scheme
The graduate scheme is for high-calibre graduates, and focuses on individual development.

Graduates will join a two-year programme designed to develop their skills and knowledge, with the guidance of senior management mentors. The programme will require graduates to undertake projects, gain a full appreciation of the global company, and acquire professional and business related qualifications.

The programme has been designed to open doors for high performers within their desired career path; cross functionally within the company, and internationally within the wider network of the BMW Group.

Location
You will be based at our global head office in Goodwood, Chichester, and may be expected to travel nationally and internationally within the programme.

The Requirements
Are you...

Studying for a relevant business, engineering, finance, environmental or business information systems degree?

A good communicator with strong PC and time management skills?

A UK/EU citizen or do you hold a valid UK work permit? Please note we do not sponsor work permits.

Have you...

A good academic background and gained, or are working towards, a 2:1 degree or equivalent?

Can you...

Demonstrate skills that will benefit our business and provide evidence of how you have previously applied them?

Illustrate communication and influencing skills through involvement in projects and activities undertaken at university and in your spare time?

Show your enthusiasm and commitment to a graduate programme in our company?
