The very first offering from the exclusive Rolls-Royce Bespoke Collection, the Phantom Pearl is a striking car of imposing simplicity.

Meticulously hand-built by the peerless craftspeople at Rolls-Royce’s Goodwood production facility, the Phantom Pearl takes its name from the shimmering slivers of mother-of-pearl that adorn its interior. It has a body of flawless solid black, with dashing glints of a contrasting Shadowline finish accentuating the chrome window surrounds. The interior, meanwhile, is seductively dark, its supremely soft black leather featuring red contrast stitching that complements beautifully the red leather used to line the door pockets, glovebox and centre console. The dramatic effect is heightened by Piano Black wood and, of course, the iridescent gleam of mother-of-pearl.

Wearing 21-inch chrome-vaned silver-finish alloy wheels, Goodyear EMT high-performance run-flat tyres and a pair of polished stainless steel elliptical tailpipes, the Phantom Pearl’s detailing makes more explicit reference to the impressive performance provided by the Phantom’s aluminium 6.75-litre 48-valve V12 direct-injection petrol engine. Underlining the model’s class-defining dynamism, the Phantom Pearl has a thick-rimmed steering wheel with red contrast stitching and Piano Black spokes, designed to enhance the driver’s sense of connection and involvement.

Driver and passengers alike will find plenty to delight them in the Phantom Pearl’s exquisite detailing, not least the chrome Bespoke Collection sill tread plates and a unique clock with a black metal spun face and polished chrome bezel. From the black leather headliner and chrome-finished ‘RR’ badges recessed between white mother-of-pearl inserts in the high-gloss Piano Black front door cappings, to the cool box and Bespoke milled aluminium drinks holder, every aspect of the Phantom Pearl is exceptional.
