The Rolls-Royce Diplomatic Programme is available to members of the diplomatic community, including diplomats currently on an International Assignment, embassies, consulates and employees of international organisations, such as UN, EU, NATO, OECD etc.*

If you are eligible to take part in the programme, you will enjoy a number of special services. Your tax-free status, however, is a matter for the protocol department of your mission or organisation. Your tax status is not connected to the Rolls-Royce Diplomatic Programme.

How long will it take from order to delivery?
Every Rolls-Royce motor car is painstakingly hand-built and hand-finished to exceptionally high standards. This exacting approach distinguishes Rolls-Royce from other manufacturers but it also takes time. Please contact a Rolls-Royce representative at your nearest dealership for further details.

How will my car be transported?
Your car will be delivered by truck, sea or air, depending on its destination and your personal preference.

What documents will I need to take part in the programme?
You will need to supply a certified copy of your diplomatic or service passport (all relevant pages).

Is it possible to finance or lease my car?
In selected markets, including the UK, it is possible to finance a Rolls-Royce under the Rolls-Royce Diplomatic Programme. For information on availability, please contact your local Rolls-Royce Motor Cars dealer.

Where will my car be serviced?

Individual consultation
You can commission your Rolls-Royce through one of our dealers or direct through the home of Rolls-Royce at Goodwood, England. We will give you the best advice and guidance in selecting your car so that it meets the specification required in the country you are located and countries you may move to in the future. We will also help deal with any formalities and documentation you might need.

You can create a unique car with our Bespoke programme. Work with your dealer or our Bespoke team on everything from the smallest details to the biggest statements. Then our engineers and craftsmen will bring them to life. Features of particular interest to diplomats include flagpoles, a secure safe in the rear luggage compartment and a rear passenger compartment partition wall.

Exceptional peace of mind
It is reassuring to know that we offer a full support network for cars bought through the Rolls-Royce Diplomatic Programme, no matter where they are in the world. If parts are not available at your local authorised Rolls-Royce Motor Cars dealer or service authorised workshop, we will arrange for immediate delivery by courier.

Factory visit
Diplomatic customers can get even more closely involved with the creation of their Rolls-Royce with a visit to Goodwood. Here you will see the assembly process as well as meeting the skilled craftspeople responsible for creating your car. You decide when and where you wish your Rolls-Royce to be delivered and we will get it there by the appropriate route - truck, sea or air. We will also take care of all administration. There are three delivery options:

  • Delivery to your home
    Whether you are at home or abroad, we can deliver your new Rolls-Royce to your door.
  • Personal pick-up
    You can collect your Rolls-Royce in person from our home at Goodwood, England.
  • Delivery to your closest dealer
    We can deliver your new car to any authorised Rolls-Royce Motor Cars dealer in the world.

Home shipment
As well as delivering your Rolls-Royce anywhere in the world, we will also bring it back to your home country once your assignment abroad ends.
